Trip Sign-up and Membership Picnic


We have some amazing trips planned!  Bring your friends and neighbors, as we will be prepared to signup new members and help them through the process.

Bring your chairs and coolers, alcohol permitted but no glass please! 

12:30 Picnic begins 

12:30 - 2:00  Food served

12:30 - 2:30 Membership Committee available at the Membership Table to help new members join and returning members renew

1:30 - 2:30 Trip Sign Up - Trip Captains at the Trip Tables to receive trip sign-ups from members in order received

3:30 Picnic ends


Instructions for Sign Up

  1. Complete and sign a hard copy of the Trip Application prior to, or at the Sign-Up Event. Place your Trip Application and deposit for each trip in a separate envelope marked with the name of the trip on the outside.  
  2. Trip Captains will accept Trip Applications at the trip tables from 1:30 – 2:30 pm and will add your sign-ups to their trip in the order received.  If you turn in your Trip Application early before Trip Sign-Up officially starts at 1:30 pm, you will be added to the trip after 2:30 pm.  
  3. If you can't attend the Sign-Up Event, email your completed and signed Trip Application to the Trip Captain now and they will add you to the trip at the end of the Trip Sign-Up Event
